Announcement that the Stadium, Tennis Court of Dalian Sports Center Is Open to the Outside on Free Basis

Vast city residents: 
       In order to follow through and implement the National Fitness Plan Outline comprehensively, further promote extensive carrying out of national fitness activities, enrich the sports and cultural life of the masses of people, part of stadiums and gyms of Dalian Sports Center will be open to the outside on free basis. Now here are announcement for specific stadiums and gyms to be open and attentions:      
        I. Stadium
       1、Opening time: 9:00-16:00 on every Wednesday from Mar. 12, 2014 
       2、Reservation call: 0411-86698789.
       II. Outdoor tennis court
       1、Opening time: 9:00-16:00 on every Wednesday from Mar. 12, 2014  
       2、Reservation call: 0411-86698789.
       III. Attentions
       1、Those city residents intending to have sports activities in the stadium and tennis court on the free opening date are requested to make a reservation beforehand for us to make unified arrangements.
       2、People having activities should conscientiously obey the management of our staffs, take good care of all stadium and gym facilities. In case of any man-made damage, you will have to take financial compensation liability. 
       3、Vast city residents are requested to pay attention to safety in carrying out sports activities. In case of any safety accident, you will be liability for yourself.
       4、In case of any important event, activity or maintenance, the stadiums and gyms will stop opening to the outside temporarily.
