The 67th Miss World China Finals 2017 Will Start

       On September 29, the 67th Miss World China Finals 2017 will be held in Damai Center (Dalian Sports Center-Stadium). Top beauties selected from more than ten thousand participants in 30 sub-contest areas across the country will stand in the spotlight and show Dalian citizens their unique beauty.

       As the top event of the largest scale in the world, Miss World has been held for 66 times in more than 20 countries and regions. Starting from the development direction of health, kindness, talents and beauty, it has proposed the concept of ‘Beauty with a Purpose’. With promoting world peace and cultural exchange, setting prominent female examples, and helping starving and disabled children as the tenet, it is aimed at selecting excellent female representatives who have loving hearts, are positive, and endowed with beauty and talents. Miss World has donated an accumulated number of more than 0.25 billion British pounds to world’s charity institutions. As the main contest area of Miss World, Miss World Eilin and Miss World Yu Wenxia from China has made the world to appreciate and recognize the beauty of China.

       The 67th Miss World China Finals 2017 will come to Dalian for the first time. The contest will adopt the trans-boundary integration ‘Beauty+’ method, redefine the new standards of ‘beauty’, and realize such six themes as ‘Beauty + Charity, Beauty + TOP MODEL, Beauty + Music, Beauty + Sports, Beauty + TV& Films, and Beauty + Wisdom’.

       It is the first beauty contest undertaken by the Sports Center since opened to the public. Compared with the tension and intensity of sports events, the atmosphere of the beauty contest is relaxed, and the elegance and femininity of the beauties will bring the audience more enjoyment of beauty. By that time, approximately one hundred participants from each sub-contest area across the country will get together in Dalian and compete for the beauty queen, second prize, third prize, and other awards, which will start a fashion and cultural trend in Dalian while injecting international elements into the fashion and cultural activities of Dalian.
