Chen Yixun’s Concert on Saturday When Driving Will be Restricted
around Municipal Sports Center

On Sep. 6, Chen Yixun’s Concert in Dalian for 2014 will be held in the Stadium of Dalian Sports Center. To ensure the road traffic on and around the venue to be in good order and clear, the traffic police department will implement restricting measures to part of the roads in and around the Sports Center.
Adjustment to the traffic around the Sports Center
At 13:00 to 23:30 on Sep. 6 (Saturday), all vehicles are prohibited to park on the loop road of the Stadium of the Municipal Sports Center, within 30 meters from the entrances and exits of the Municipal Sports Center, from Chuanling Road to Lingxi Road on the Northwest Road, from the Northwest Road on Lanling Road to No. 5 Road of the Municipal Sports Center and the sideways on both sides on the above road sections.
From around 16:00 to 23:30, trucks more than 5 tons (inclusive) are prohibited to drive on the section from the New Cement Road to Tuge Road on the Northwest Road, Lingxi Road, No. 5 Road of the Municipal Sports Center and Lanling Road. The circumambulating route is: driving northward on the Northwest Road, circumambulating along the Northwest Road-New Cement Road-Zhangqian Road-Xiabo Road-Seaside Road; driving southward on the Northwest Road, circumambulating along the Northwest Road-Seaside Road-Xiabo Road-Zhangqian Road-Songjiang Road; driving westward on Lanling Road, circumambulating along Lanling Road-Yunling Street-Seaside Road.
From around 16:00 to 23:30, the section from the Northeast Road on Lanling Road to No. 5 Road of the Municipal Sports Center will be a closed buffer zone with all vehicles prohibited to pass (except public transit buses). From around 22:00 to 23:30, all vehicles will not be allowed to drive from north to south from Lingxi Road on No. 5 Road of the Municipal Sports Center; the section from Lingxi Road on the Northwest Road to Chuanling Road is adjusted to a one-way road for driving from north to south.
Self-driving route and parking area
During entry, three routes can be selected by city residents who drive themselves to go to the Stadium of the Municipal Sports Center: Shugang Road-Northwest Road; Dongkuai Road-the ramp of Dalian North Station-Yaojia Road-Luanling Road; Flyover on Donglian Road-Huadong Road (turning left under the bridge)-Gannan Road Bridge (turning left at the bridgehead on the northern side)-Lingxi Road.
When parking, city residents should follow the traffic signs to park their cars respectively on the special parking lots on the west side, north side, east side and south side of the Municipal Sports Center, on the road sections at the peripheral far ends on both sides of Lingxi Road, No. 5 Road of the Municipal Sports Center, etc. where no traffic is hindered. When parking on non-special parking lots, all audience cars will be parked perpendicularly with the tails against the curbs (road teeth). It is not allowed to park by occupying the road in multiple rows.
When letting out, return according to the above 3 entry routes. The public transit and shuttle buses picking up audiences will be parked in a unified manner on the north side of Lanling Road in the closed buffer zone. Taxis will be parked in a unified manner on the south side of Lanling Road in the closed buffer zone.

Drivers and pedestrians should observe conscientiously the traffic signs on the venue and obey the directions of traffic polices. Any body violating this notice will be dealt with by the traffic control department by law. Audiences going to the venue and residents along the line are requested to arrange the travel routes rationally beforehand.
