“Caring Children and Happy Growth” Theme Open Day –Interesting Parent-Child Activities in Dalian Sports Center on 2014 Children’s Day

 

       Children’s Day is coming, in order to help children experience the happiness from exercises and to form a good habit of taking exercise, Dalian Sports Center opens to public for free and holds social activities for public good. We sincerely welcome our fellow citizens to visit and take part in the activities.

       On that occasion, the Sports Center will hold “Hiking Journey of Treasure Hunting” and activities including football, tennis, baseball, swimming, table tennis, etc. The number of registering “Hiking Journey of Treasure Hunting” is unlimited. Other activities register 120 families to take part in, which distribute 30 families for football, 20 families for tennis, 30 families for baseball, 10 families for swimming, and the last 30 families for table tennis. We welcome our fellow citizens to enroll the activities.

       Family is the basic unit for all the parent-child activities. It is an opportunity to bind children and parents together to experience the high technology of modern sports center, to feel the real enjoyment from fitness and entertainment and to enjoy the best services.

【Location and Content of the Activities】

I、2014 Children’s Day “Caring Children and Happy growth” –The first “Hiking Journey of Treasure Hunting” in Dalian Sports Center

1、Time：9:00-16:00

2、 Location of the Activity: Dalian Sports Center

3、 Registration Number: Unlimited (A child must be accompanied by at least a parent)

4、 Route: Gate one—Parking Center—Natatorium—Baseball Field—Stadium—Gymnasium—Tennis Center

 
5、Tips: The family can take “treasure map” at the entrance of the sports center. If you follow the right route, you can get a stamp in each appointed place. After getting all the stamps, you can get a gift at the exit.

 

II、Stadium
 

(I)Big Hand in Small Hand” Parent-child Football Match

1、Time: 9:00-11:30

2、Location: Main Stadium

3、Registration number: 30 (A child must be accompanied by at least a parent and other family members can sit around the stadium to cheer their babies up)

4、Content: Face-to-face relay, hit the ball against head to as far as possible, dribble ball bypassing the obstacle signs, bypass the obstacle sign and shoot, dribble ball and transport other things, parent-child foot match

Notices: Wearing gym suits and sneakers is needed. The accompanying parent must not wear leather shoes or high heels. The obeying of regulations of the sports center is needed.

 III、Tennis Center

 

(I)Prince and Princess Tennis Experiencing Match

1、Time: 9:00-11:30

2、Location: Indoor tennis training center

3、Registration number: 20 (A child must be accompanied by at least a parent and other family members can sit around the stadium to cheer their babies up)

4、Content: Juggle the ball, throw the ball into the basket

(II)Field Experience

1、Time: 9：00-16:00

2、Location: 14outdoor tennis court

3、Tips: After registration, the staff will arrange you to the court by order and you can use the court at the maximum of 2 hours.

Notices: You must bring your own tens equipment. Gym suits and white sole sneakers are needed. You should obey the regulation of the tennis center.

 

IV、Baseball Field
 

(I)Public Welfare of Baseball Carnival on Parent and Child Activity

1、Time: 9:00-11:30

2、Location: Baseball center

3、Assistant unit: Dalian baseball Association

4、Registration number: 30 (A child must be accompanied by at least a parent and other family members can sit around the stadium to cheer their babies up)

5、Content: Pitch the ball accurately, competition of speed, hit the ball as far as possible.

(II)Watching Games

1、Time: 12:00-14:00

2、Competition team: Dashi Blue Ocean Baseball Team VS sino -Japanese Friendship Team

Notices：Wearing gym suits and sneakers is needed. The accompanying parent must not wear leather shoes or high heels. Sunhat is strongly recommended. You should obey the regulation of the baseball center.

 

V、Gymnasium

(I)Parent-and-Child Swimming Relay Race

1、Time: 11:00—19:00

2、Location: Warm-up Training Pool (1.5m-1.7m depth)

3、Registration number: 10 (A child must be accompanied by a parent and other family members can sit around the stadium to cheer their babies up)

4、Your child must be 1.0m or taller. After registration, take the key of the locker from the reception. After changing your clothes, you can swim in the pool. In order to acknowledge people who own our membership no matter new and old, you can bring a child to swim for free at that day.

Notices：your own swimwear, swimming cap, towel and other swimming equipment are needed. You should obey the regulation of the swimming center.

VI,Zhongsheng Center Training Court

(I)Small Ping-pong  Happy Children’s day

1、Time：9：00-11:30

2、Location: Zhongsheng Cultural Center Training Court

3、Registration number: 30 (A child must be accompanied by AT LEAST a parent and other family members can sit around the stadium to cheer their babies up)

4、Content: Juggle the ball by bat, competition between families, dribble the ball by bat

Notices: Wearing gym suits and sneakers is needed. The accompanying parent must not wear leather shoes or high heels. The obeying of regulations of the sports center is needed.
