Experience Class of Wudang Sanfeng Taijiquan
Addressing crowd: the people who like Taijiquan or used to study it or has been studied it may experience the secret of Taijiquan, which can help you to exercise your mind.
Contents: basic skill of Wudang martial art, Wudang Sanfeng Taijiquan Twenty-eight steps

Wudang Taichi Healthy Member Class
Addressing crowd: the people who suffer from lumbago, cervical spondylosis or be in sub-health condition; the people who like Taichi sports and Taoist healthy practice; and people who like promoting Taichi business and propagating martial art spirit.
Contents: Taoist healthy practice; Taoist healthy theory speech; Wudang five elements bone protection practice, Wudang Taijiquan, Wudang Liangyiquan, Wudang Sanfeng Taijijian.
Achievement: enhance physical fitness, improve physiological function, eliminate sub-health, postpone aging and protect yourself; the people who studied it well will become a member of Dalian Sports Center Martial Art Development Base; and also can become a member of Dalian Martial Art Association as well as can apply for a grade; the people also has chance to attend all kinds of martial art competition.
Class time: at 8:30-10:30 am. and 13:30-15:30 pm. on each Saturday, cycling study until you have learnt how to play within one year.
Expenses: the annual card is in membership, annual expense is 4000 Yuan; the top 10 members will be reduced by 80% discount of 3200 Yuan; the group with more than 5 members will be reduced by 70& discount of 2800 Yuan.
